ABOUT ZACH
I’m a design leader and creative director with 28 years of experience spanning brand, digital, product, and UX/UI design. I’ve worked across agencies, financial services, retail, startups, and technology—building brands, launching products, solving complex problems, and leading creative teams from concept through execution.
For the past several years at EVERYWHERE Communications, I’ve expanded well beyond traditional creative direction, leading design for a mission-critical satellite communications platform across web, mobile, and connected-device experiences. I design and prototype complex workflows, develop UI systems and interaction patterns, and work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to bring ideas to life. Because the platform can be genuinely life-saving, clarity, usability, accessibility, and thoughtful design are critical to every decision.
I also manage designers, contractors, and creative partners while remaining deeply hands-on in the work. I use AI as a design collaborator to explore UX approaches, synthesize requirements, uncover edge cases, and move from ideas to prototypes faster—while keeping human judgment and craft at the center.
Earlier in my career, I designed mobile banking experiences for major North American financial institutions, led rebranding and national marketing initiatives, and even built my own cycling apparel business from the ground up. I’ve worked across digital products, websites, brand systems, campaigns, and physical products, but the common thread has always been using design to make complex things clearer, more useful, and more engaging.
