EVERYWHERE
As Creative Director at EVERYWHERE Communications (2019-present), I led the creative strategy, design, and production of the EVERYWHERE Mobile App — the iOS and Android application component of the broader EVERYWHERE Platform. Among my responsibilities were defining the user-experience and visual design direction, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, marketing, and third-party integrations), and producing the assets — UI components, iconography, marketing visuals, in-app media, and trade show/launch materials.

Challenges
Complex functionality with high stakes: The app must handle advanced features like check-in countdown timers, geofenced “Safety Zones”, seamless toggling between WiFi/cellular/satellite via “Intelligent Routing™”, global SOS, geotagged multimedia, layered maps and overlays. Designing a UI that is both powerful and usable under stress was a major creative challenge.
Multiple platforms and integrations: The mobile app needed to support iOS (iOS 15+) and Android (Android 7+). It also integrates with hardware (Garmin inReach, Garmin watch pairing) and third-party services (e.g., Factal risk intelligence). Coordinating visual assets, icons, behavior across platforms and partner devices required strong process and consistency.
Branding meets utility: The target users are enterprise/mission-critical environments (government, utilities, field operations). The brand needed to convey reliability, security, and technical sophistication, while still being visually approachable for field teams.
Scaling production and marketing: Launching the app and ongoing updates required marketing collateral (screenshots, features highlight, device pairings, trade show visuals). Managing designers, contractors, and assets across mobile UI, web site, trade-show prints, and video meant establishing clear workflows and asset libraries.

As Creative Director, I acted as a bridge between product strategy and visual/UX execution — translating complex technical capabilities into user-friendly mobile experiences, while maintaining brand integrity
My holistic view — from mobile UI to website to trade-show collateral to partner integrations — enabled the EVERYWHERE brand to present a unified visual story across touchpoints, strengthening perception and credibility in the enterprise communications market
